FYI I had £100 donated to UK cancer research sometime ago, not a lot, but then again I earned my money.

1000% was intended to show determination, not %-tage of money donated - it would have been sizeable however.

          None I hope.

You're such a mug - That's £100 the Government can spend on something else now, such as an hour of some IT consultant's time designing a new intrusive database holding your details (with half of them wrong), or giving it to some overweight chav to sit at home watching TV all day.

Eh? It was donation directly to charity. It was a bet that I lost on this forum to mcquiggd - since then I have learnt not to say "I bet £XXX"

Never mind. we've been through this so many times, I don't want to bore every one else with yet another explanation of why giving to a charity like Cancer Research means the Government don't have to pay the equivalent.

Via the Oujia board? Otherwise this is quite difficult to do.

                  Great post not withstanding.

They say you shouldn't laugh at your own jokes. This is, for the most part, an idiotic thing to say.

But in this case, your post would have been even funnier if you'd left out the :rollin: smiley. You over-egged the pudding there.

Nonetheless the post made me laugh out loud, so I'll invoke it as well

Can't believe they've only just buried her. She carked it before I went on holiday.

So, who do you reckon Max Clifford is going to pick for the next series of Celebrity Terminal Illness?
