no it's true that Obama attended a very liberal and racist Church for 20 years but this seems to be a non-issue whereas Bush's religion was a big deal and provided justification for some to call him stupid. They don't say Obama was stupid when he messed up his inauguration thing.

Obama sends more troops to the middle east and the anti-war mob don't complain. It seems the left apply double standards to democrat presidents compared to republican presidents.

I think the poor guy might be being lent on rather heavily. Post Election Obama seems a bit more sheepish with regards to foreign policy than Pre Election Obama.

don't you know about the rather liberal and racist church Obama attended for 20 years? People hated Bush as he was a strong believer first and foremost.

Thankfully that majority of Americans are more interested in his policies than what church he happened to go to. It's only religious nut-jobs like you that attach importance to it.

People hated Bush because he was a dangerous, incompetent, warmongering idiot who was only in power because the religious right in the USA backed him - and had he managed to stay in power another 4 years we would have had WW3. Americans are aware of that...and the days of the religious nutters holding sway over US politics have come to an end as a result. Hopefully for good.

The christian fundamentalism that held power for the 8 years of Bush's administration was just as dangerous and just as evil as islamic fundamentalism....and they have done the religious cause huge damage in the US. For that, I am grateful.
