I completely disagree. He will be the one that bankrupts them fiscally and morally. Still, people will think he's great just as we thought Blair was great as he has a nice smile.

He seems to be like Blair, but with honesty and intelligence, and that is a major difference. I wish him luck !!

I think the world's had far more than it needs of that sort of US leader thanks all the same. Whether the world will recover from the last one remains to be seen.

...to have someone with an IQ greater than two short planks running the world! Not since Tony Blair's first win in 1997 did I feel such elation at a political victory as at when Obama won the election. I just hope Obama doesn't dissappoint in the same way!

I think even the most hardened labour voter would acknowledge that Mr Blair's intellectual clout is no where near Mr Obama's though.
