I think it's that position the porn stars do where they bend their willy downwards to enter the lady while she's lying on her neck with shoulders on the ground and legs up high. I think the porn stars have had the ligament that holds the erect willy upwards snipped so as to gain an extra couple of centimetres; I wouldn't try it if you have mother nature's normal penile provision.
