I think it's that position the porn stars do where they bend their willy downwards to enter the lady while she's lying on her neck with shoulders on the ground and legs up high. The missus has a sprain and is wearing a wrist brace, and rubbing pain killing gel in.
She went to Yoga last night and complained this a.m. that she couln't even manage to do the 'Downward Dog'
