I have to admit I didn't really see the potential at first, but now I have a fair collection of ebooks I can see it would be useful to have something the size of the Kindle. It's just a bit too expensive at the moment IMHO.Where are we going? And what’s with this hand basket?Comment

I'd give it 2 or 3 years before buying one.
At the moment they are at the same level as the first ipod. They need a few generations of improvement yet.Originally posted by cailin maithHang on - there is actually a place called Cheddar??

The Kindle screen can stay on without power IIRC meaning you can read real slow. Laptops aren't cut out for this, they all would run out of battery if you wanted to read a whole book over a weekend...Originally posted by Andy2 View Postwhy not buy a small 8" laptop at the same price ?Originally posted by MaryPoppinsI'd still not breastfeed a naziOriginally posted by vetranUrine is quite nourishingComment

"Currently, item can be shipped only within the U.S."
This also applies to the content.
Ergo, not much point getting one if you're not in the US.Comment
