    Are you spying on me?

Cuppa in hand, on CUK, just checked mail. Hmm. What's next?

I find it interesting how the first two reviews of 'The Living Dead' are by thisiswiltshire.co.uk and the Swindon Advertiser. I did once have a half hour kip under a desk in a Swindon office (I was young), so I can understand why.

It sounds like you are all working quite hard. My career OTOH has been a long sojourn in a various 'Internet cafes'.

My trick is to send a group email every few days (when I can be bothered). I like to write a polite rant about something that isn't important, emphasise the effort I will need to sort it out, and be sure to cc the boss. Job done, I make a cup of tea and get back to CUK.

It's not just about bad management. It's also that we do in half an hour the work that a permie does in eight. So if we only do two hours work in the day, that's still value for money. I've occassionally done three, but had to have a lie down when I got home...

I'm very happy at the mo as Ive had a few ongoing projects to perform and also ongoing support to attend to - the upshot is that before you know it - the Working Day is over - and the weeks seem to fly by.

Jings - its March already !!!

When I look back Ive never been able to get a gig that involved doing next to nowt - not that I mind - I wouldnt be very good at adopting an artifical sense of urgency.
