I knew a lot of people having sexually active relationships at the age of 13/14 - I for one was beating them off with a sh*tty stick.

However the one thing we did know was that having sex makes babies - so a lot of the girls were on the pill and the boys always wore condoms just in case!

The fact is we knew about this because of sex education in schools and at home.

What we also knew was that having to look after a child at the age of 13/14 would really screw your life up, would be a serious impediment to achieving your goals and ultimately would change your life forever - not to mention the fact our fathers would have kicked the living f**k out of us.

The problem with the chav kids today is they have no goals other than doing as little as possible and screwing the state - so why not get pregnant you get more money and your face on the tele.

And yes it does come down to the parents.

There is a quote somewhere from someone saying that there is no such thing as a bad parenting - but if your daughter turns out to be a stripper you may have gone wrong somewhere.
