Alright, sorry to hear about this it's not a nice thing either for your son, or for you as a parent.
If it was my situation to deal with I would go and see the headmaster/headmistress in the school, and request that they 'recruit' someone sensible within your son's class who can be trusted to 'keep an eye' on your son during lesson changes from a distance to witness this or find out who it is.
Once this has been found out/confirmed then appropriate action can be taken.
