A few weeks of hunger and most people would chop up their beloved pets and eat them.

      My survival CV:

I'm fairly good at growing chilli peppers, potatoes and beans.

Oh, and I'm a dab hand and finding cockles by wiggling my feet in the sand.

      Other than that...

      Um...

I know a good cheese when I meet it.

      I once ate a spider for a bet (£15)

I have a lot of books. They may come in useful one day.

      Did I get the gig?

              They're dead easy.
              1. You find one that fell down the back of the cupboard and has grown "feelers".
              2. You stick it in some mud in the garden
              3. you wait a few months
              Hey presto, loads of spuds.

              Onions are rubbish.
              1. You plant an onion
              2. You wait a few months
Hey presto, you have one onion.

I suppose as a trade, it'll always be needed. Perhaps not the same money as IT but it'd pay the bills for a while.

I can turn my hand to most things mechanical and electrical so could fix up the generators/solar cells and invertors etc I also worked in a boatyard so could travel by canals and rivers. I am also exceptionally good at finding and reading instructions!
