A friend of mine got into Indian cuisine.
Bought a shed-load of spices.
Decided to make a "hot curry".
I nearly died from the first mouthful: he'd "misinterpreted" the recipe, and added a heaped (for good measure) tablespoon of dried birdseye chillies to the pot, rather than 10 fresh chillies.
Took an hour for my heart to stop racing.Comment

Apparently some (even larger) animals don't fart*. Dogs for instance.
