I said I would be using the info to judge moving into someone else flat, not that I would throw out some guy I knew was perfectly normal except voted BNP because he was harmlessly deluded into thinking "they took our jobs" or that the country was too populated etc.

What this has got with the list? I am pretty sure there are plenty of racists and bad people out there who are not on that list. If you use the list as sole source of info for your decision making you are going to end up sued.
