COMPLAINT - Contractor UK doesn't seem to care about protecting contractors

Example of dumbed down college courses it would appear.

Original poster is an accountancy graduate.

CUK is a great site but where cash is involved I would always get paid
advice from a professional who knows what he/she's doing.

also get the advice in writing as well, if it turns out to be wrong then
there could be the option of suing them and not just complaining.

I think I have to agree with what Chef said. If you had so much at stake, why didn't you pay for proper professional advice?
