Maybe if you'd used a less stupid thread title someone might have bothered to read it properly.Originally posted by YHB View PostSee my post above- everyone if skimming my post and forming an incorrect opinion.

CUK is not a contractor service is is:
a) for CUK, a web company
b) for contractors, a place to chat amongst ourselves, and get some information.
Like all information freely available on the internet, it's worth what you pay for it. It can be part of doing your own research, but it can not be all of it (in a way that consulting an accountant might be). Certainly for taxation questions you would want to consult HMRC.
As for the CUK response, it does sound a bit weasely. Of course the advice for any UK taxpayer thinking of working and paying tax abroad is circumstances-dependent, everything is. But IR20 has got to be required reading for any such person: there are IMHO no circumstances where it would not be. So surely not to mention it is an omission, not a circumstances-dependent content orientation.Comment

Maybe you should set up your own site or webpage?
I have read a few of your posts you put up - you were quite offensive to anyone who did not completely agree with you. Believe it or not there are some quite experienced people on here - and treating everyone like a numpty does not help.
No doubt you will not take this in the spirit it is meant - cue the abuse......Comment
