Let us know when the calls turn into a contract and you've actually started it.
Maybe we should have an activity icon that we set to either "Not Looking", "Benched" or "In Contract" so we can see just how many of us are actually 'in work' at any particular time. With a days counter for those on the bench. We could get some useful stats from that. Not sure this forum's software allows something so useful to be added though.Feist - 1234.
