        Fair enough; I’ve had customers say they don’t mind me filling in a whole day at the end, seeing as I’ve often done a bit extra in the last week just to make sure things are properly handed over and documented.

            - make nice with key people, hand out business cards so they can "get in touch" if it all goes tits up and they want someone good to fix it

            - copy anything useful from client network to usb

            - clean and organise my laptop (i never seem to have chance usually)

            - get timesheet/invoice signed

            - leave shortly after lunch
