your childhood career choice?

Didnt have a career of choice, but I worked in a hotel kitchen as a pot washer, then became waiter, so I decided at 16 I wanted to be a chef and do an BTEC in hotel and catering. I went to the open day but decided I didnt want to be a chef as I knew at the time I couldnt / family couldnt afford to buy the equipment I needed. So I did Business instead and ended up as a contractor.

Ideally I wanted to be a vet but was too thick and ended up as a contractor.

My dad used to write those (and stories for assorted other comics) in his spare time. Nice to know they influenced somebody

At about 4 I honestly wanted to be a binman - I did it too, but only as a temp. Toyed with Architecture and the Law, but not really bright enough for either and now I've had some experience of lawyers I'm glad I didn't go anywhere near it in the end.

Still not sure what I really want to do, but have always fancied owning a car scrapyard - could probably do a great job of proper recycling now, too.
