He and the rest of the dinosaurs are just back so that el Gordo the Snot Goblin can play the ‘we are so experienced’ card against Cameron. It’s the lead up to an early general election.
If you want to have any more elections then you’d better tell the opinion pollsters that his plan is working (and then stuff him at the ballot box) because if it doesn’t then he will cancel democracy and rule forever (or someone gets a lucky shot). How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

"How long do you give Mandelson?"
Sorry - do you want the answer in weeks, or inches?
Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God? - EpicurusComment
