Science doesn't explain anything. It merely provides theories of how reality works. The theory must have falsifiability - it must have some statements along the lines of "If A turns out to be true, then the theory fails". It must be predictive - if the theory is true then B must be the case. If there's lots of Bs then it's a good theory.

if you assume maths is classed as a science then yes science can explain everything or rather everything can be described in a mathematical equation.

OK! What's the Mathematical Formula for Love?

                And I don't mean:

                1 cross

                + 3 nails
                _______
                4-given

Can you come up with a mathematical equation that describes maths?
