Can science explain everything?

Science doesn't explain anything. It merely provides theories of how reality works. The theory must have falsifiability - it must have some statements along the lines of "If A turns out to be true, then the theory fails". It must be predictive - if the theory is true then B must be the case. If there's lots of Bs then it's a good theory.Down with racism. Long live miscegenation! -
