True, but missing the point of my question.

So, again: Where'd the bleedin' muscles pop up from and how come a lens suddenly just appeared? Further: how did it become attached to the hitherto redundant muscles? What were those muscles doing in the eye prior to their happy union with the lens?
You don't need muscles for the eye to work, the eye is a red-herring (not literally of course). Your question is about where muscles come from, not eyes. As I said, eyes don't need muscles. Want to ask another question?

p.s. I don't know how muscles evolved, but they've probably been around since we were bacteria.

so why would the chinese invent one mythical creature and add it to 11 existing creatures to form a calendar?

why are evolutionists so keen to tell us dragons, dinosaurs etc. never lived same time as man? they said same thing about this fish too but were COMPLETELY WRONG by 65 MILLION years

furthermore this fish is virtually the same as the one from the alleged 65 million years ago. Where's the evolution?

One swallow does not a summer make.

Just because they found one "extinct" fish doesn't mean that dinosaurs are still alive, nor that dragons ever existed.
