Already been done, and in use here at clientco on a practical scale. Any mention of work , and the permies all disappear completely.

yeah what is it with these guys - want to have a say in every decision, finger in every pie etc but when it comes to taking responsibility for delivering something you cannot see em for dust......Already been done, and in use here at clientco on a practical scale. Any mention of work , and the permies all disappear completely.
is this common?
