Sunny and bright (though not to last)
Half the train carriages stranded at the coast due to earlier broken down train so standing room only

No wobble and as Shaun was also stuck at coast a quiet journey

Had to mention to American woman on escalator that the etiquette in London is to stand on the right

The only white on the bus from the station - reminds me of my time in Cairo

      Dry but overcast
      12 carriages today

Shaun profuse in his apologies for yesterdays debacle

      Headphones+iPod while he witters on

      No wobble

White majority today on the bendy bus from the station

        Dry but hazy
Late as train stuck by points failure somewhere in outer Mongolia

Very crowded as 2 trains worth of passengers on one service

Sat opposite and across from two nice young things

We wobbled through the tunnels and so did their puppies

Towed today by the Dame Kelly Holmes engine

We went lowspeed along large parts of the track

Got my ticket exchanged at home station last night as it had stopped opening the barriers

Guess what .... today it still wouldn't open barriers - Mr barrier man says its error code is showing damaged magnetic stripe (same as previous) - I blame strange electro magnetic forces at work in Kent

Bus to work emptyish and suprisingly white

Dank & grey but at least the rain's stopped
              On time
              No crumpet
              No wobble
On board manager today was Richard
Richard likes to let the automated announcements take care of the tannoy stuff rather than repeat just because he likes the sound of his voice, I rather like Richard
Today’s locomotive was the "Dame Not Been Assigned Yet" -perhaps they've run out of athletes
Spoke to Mr Barrier Man about damaged ticket - his idea is that the Oyster card might be the culprit, as most people carry the ticket in the same wallet which wipes the ticket – plausible and apparently a widespread problem

Spent the bus ride pondering the significance and possible meanings of the many and varied female headdress’s on display

Train on time (they've altered the timetable to make it 3 minutes later).
              – people should be shot for doing this

The weather is rapidly going down the pan.

My cold is getting worse, and my nose is starting to glow red with all the blowing.

Missus is working late so I have to cook dinner too!!

                  Light rain

Late - new track, new stations & new trains & still the fookwits manage to be late - waited 10 mins outside St Pancras supposedly waiting for a platform to become available

No trains passed us on going outward & when we finally did arrive 4 empty platforms! So I expect someone was telling porkies

Our "onboard manager" Neil was profuse in his apologies but I still reckon he should be immolated as a sacrifice to the train gods.

Late meant the bus to work was free of the tiresome skoolkids

It was just saving it all for the Ryder Cup. Play suspended, little prospect of restarting soon.

                    Dull here in London.

                      No wobble

Late into St P due to an over running Eurostar

Pulled by unamed engine today 350 something or other

Walked the mile to work as you couldn't get near to the buses at KK - come to the conclusion that the amount of headless chickens milling around outside KK means we are doomed as a nation
