                  The British-made Lightning supercar uses much more interesting electric motors and more advanced batteries than the Tesla.

                  0-60 in under 4 seconds, and no mechanical brakes (I think.)

                  It is more expensive and not as nice to look at, compared to the Tesla, but the technology will trickle down. Volvo may be releasing hybrids that use the same wheel-motors.
