She's very pleasant in person, or at least she is when she visits radio stations to do interviews.

I totally agree - she wasn't much to look at in the first place before she wrecked her arms in chavvy tats and as for her eye make up........

OTH I doubt she gives a flying fig what I think.

I don't like what I've seen of her on chat shows etc either - but she has a fabulous voice (singing not talking).

BTW I didn't see that incident but I have a feeling the fan deserved a shoeing.
