Look smart arse - I spend half my life reading tech books - proper techy ones on relevant subjects I'm interested in and use in my daily job. Reading books on how to re-learn word and excel just cause Microsoft in their infinite wisdom decide that the menu system we've all grown up with and love can't cut it any more isn't really something I want to have to do. I feel a certain kind of Kudos sitting on the train with my MPLS books, or routing internet architectures etc. I'd feel like a kn0b with Office 2007 for dummies ...Originally posted by Spacecadet View PostEver thought about a career in teaching?
Those who can.. etc...
Personally, I found the power of reading to be very beneficial in navigating the new menus, Microsoft have been very clever in using words within the menu system.
Those who can, do proper technologies, those who can't mince about with GUI's and PC office programmes.Hang on - there is actually a place called Cheddar?? - cailin maith

Eeyore was very glad to be able to stop thinking for a little, in order to say "How do you do" in a gloomy manner to Pooh.
"And how are you?" said Winnie-the-Pooh.
Eeyore shook his head from side to side. "Not very how," he said. "I don't seem to felt at all how for a long time."Comment
