Yeah I *was* about half an hour from the peak, I also used Guilford's wall whilst at uni. Haven't done anything for ages now though (half a year). Aimin' for a week in Chamonix this year, I'll probably die!

I didn't say it was an improvement

I do find most offices have the aircon on too cold for my tastes and after an asthma attack last year I was advised by the doctor to keep my chest warmer
