      6, 1 day for work, 1 at nights to see me through (unless i'm out climbing or other stuff)

          A bell needs to be polished every day to keep it in tip top condition and prevent it going rusty.

            As required! A gentlemans' bell should be cleaned before and after use. Indiscriminate buffing during periods of inactivity is to be discouraged.

                    At least 4 a day.
                    One on my bicycle commute in, after shower: one at work, another for the ride home, and then one at home for the evening.
                    Much the same at the weekends as its parties, gardening, DIY, and cycle training or races, that kind of thing.

                    Yes, the washing machine goes on just about every evening to keep up.
                    Insanity: repeating the same actions, but expecting different results.
