At least 4 a day.
One on my bicycle commute in, after shower: one at work, another for the ride home, and then one at home for the evening.
Much the same at the weekends as its parties, gardening, DIY, and cycle training or races, that kind of thing.
Yes, the washing machine goes on just about every evening to keep up.Insanity: repeating the same actions, but expecting different results.
