I was gonna say... doesn't look ALL that bad from my point of view... a bit of a reduction in number of items in the RSS reader, and the rates have taken a fall but still seems to be a steady flow. They could all be fishing posts ofcourse...

My niche is positively booming at the moment. 4 roles have come over suddenly, when usually you'd have 4 in a year if you are lucky. There are probably only a dozen or so people that work on this tool so it can be good - though usually it's frighteningly quiet.Comment

I'm STILL concerned... Just done a JS search for "Project manager" (Search for Role(s) in Job Title only is selected), Contract, within 1 day. Grand total of 7 jobs came up.Originally posted by SandyDown View PostOK false alarm... when I did the first search I must've made some kind of typom cuz now I searched again, and loads of job ads came up... phewwww ....
Can someone else try this, as there should be lots more than this....
I'm assuming I'm being sleep-deprived and therefore dense, and there are actually loads out there. I will be very happy to hear that, and it will be worth all the resultant deserved abuse that arrives.

Spoke to an agent, said £600/day in ad, apparently client now capped all new staff at £500/day. This for front-office team lead role, very poor money. I think a bit of it is going on.Originally posted by lambrini_socialist View Post.net contracts in london look same as always. what am i missing?Comment

Empathy? The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.
But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”Comment
