    Spoke to an agent, said £600/day in ad, apparently client now capped all new staff at £500/day. This for front-office team lead role, very poor money. I think a bit of it is going on.

    My niche is positively booming at the moment. 4 roles have come over suddenly, when usually you'd have 4 in a year if you are lucky. There are probably only a dozen or so people that work on this tool so it can be good - though usually it's frighteningly quiet.
