Is a Jaffacake not a cake? Then why is it to be found with the biscuits at the supermarket?
It can live as a biscuit but it will never be one of them and deep down it knows thisThe court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.
But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”Comment

This could be a can of worms cake. I can see opportunists rebranding their products as cakes to claim back VAT.
e.g. the Apple iCake.
The Majestic 12 tulip cake.Feist - 1234. One camera, one take, no editing. Superb. How they did it

I'm waiting for the day when NL decide that all food is a luxury (it already is for those OAP's who have to severely ration their use of electric and gas in their homes). Then we'll get MP's claiming for food as a necessary expense.
It's Deja-vu all over again!
