Sounds like a prank to me, (whichever way you look at it !).
If it is true, and they are looking for W3.1 programmers, I wish them luck.
Most have permanently retired to the cemetery or crematorium by now I would have thought.Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies.
