    There really isn't a massive difference between the north and south since all the town centres and high streets got over-run with chain stores. Tescos is Tescos wherever it is.

    Apart from the slightly worse weather up north it has some plus points:

    Greenery if you like walking on it rather than eating it.
    Cheaper house prices, though lower wages.
    Not as many mockneys and snobby twats giving it the big I am.

    Biggest downside to the north:

    The majority of the women are munters who like their food too much or are grandmas by 30. All the fit ones relocate near a premiership football stadium or have a real bad attitude to ugly blokes.
