Nope! I merely 'hop' into your time and dimension space what I feel in need of light relief, or a hand job.

You've come right out the other side of the forest of irony and ended up in the desert of wrong.

      But Y does X.

      That makes it alright then?

We could call it "The Running Man"

Gawd some of you are soft c**ks!

The death penalty should be an option, especially for murderers like those kids that kick in that fathers head after he approach them for smashing his wifes cars windows screen.

The death penalty should be handed down to those 2 kids who murdered that Bulger kid, but wait until they are legally adults...then do them in!

So what if an innocent person gets dead...collateral damage and all that!

What we should be debating is how murderers get to meet their maker...not whether the death penalty is right or wrong!

No death penalty, for much the same reasons as already stated ( miscarriges of justice, state sponsored execution etc ) but if you jail someone for life make it mean life. No Paroll. Ever.

Another thing worth considering if you have as weak a grasp of the justice system as I: People may be more reluctant to convict someone they strongly suspect of being <insert heinous crime of your choice here> whereas they may bang ‘em up for life with weaker evidence. Result: More criminals go free with the death penalty. Plus criminals would have a 'nothing to loose' attitude. There is something to be gained for both sides in taking prisoners. Worse than all the innumerable disadvantages though is what it says about a society that kills its people. We would be no better than animals or a third world country like America.
