Look, you are breaking the law in a serous way and one day it will result in a death - yours most likely, which is fine by me, but you are also likely to get a few innocent people with you who obeyed the law. You should stop your irresponsible actions about right now. If you have to exceed speed limit then you are doing something wrong - get out from home earlier so that you won't be late or move house closer to work, or get a new job closer to your house - but putting people's life at risk because you are a twat who won't consider consequences of your actions until it's too late is wrong.

Frankly, for such a blatant disregard to the law and common sense I'd ban you for life, and few years in jail won't hurt you either.

[QUOTE=AtW;438250]No - the problem is you greatly exceeding speed limit.
      QUOTE]

The speed limit was set sometime in the 60's however, when the cars were very different. As were the stopping distances in the highway code...

Look at the germans...I believe they have fewer accidents than we have and the drive faster...and in my opinion, better.

What stats would you like? I haven't mentioned stats!! All I said was that the speed limit in this country was set in the 60's as were the stopping distances in the highway code. Which is true.

Aim for an Oak tree when you leave the road at high speed, with a bit of luck - you'll take a few squirrels with you as well.

M6 going to preston a couple of years ago in a Corvette, some ****** in a 911 turbo up my @rse, to I hit the throttle, managed to hold him off upto 140 then he overtook me in the inside lane and was gone, at which point I realised how silly it all was, never been that fast since.
Some people are like slinkys, totally pointless but the thought of pushing them down a flight of stairs never fails to put a smile on your face.

Actually, I was wrong. The figures for deaths in germany v Uk is higher, which surprises me. Ho Hum. Although the figures for child pedestrian deaths in the UK is higher.

Probably because the Germans tell their children not to go near the roads because large lumps of metal are hurtling down them at 155mph. Whereas in the UK the chavvy scum don't give a flying **** and they can always sue if one of their little dearies get hit......
