Without using a calculator, how long did it take you to work out the square root of 127, to 2 decimal places?

This isn't too difficult...

Closest whole number root is 11 - making 121 so a remainder of 6. Half of 6 is 3 and 3/11 is 0.27, so 11.27 is the answer.
