It's hard to put on muscle bulk especially for women, so doing light weights will definately help you without making you look like the incredible hulk.
Ah thanks for that - I might have a look into them then.

Some is - not all though. And that's what I need to investigate. i woudn't waste money on carp that was useless - but like I explained earlier, my treadmill is spot on, and that was buttons.

Yep - in an ideal world I'd be able to nip to the gym on the way home from work, but I can't do that at the minute. Once I can, I probably will. Who knows!
Then you need to visit selfridges, John Lewis or Lilly Whites, they are the only retailers I can think of who do serious machines, avoid Argos like the plague
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

My mate works in Harrods for one of the fitness concessions, can't remember the name now. But it's THE place for stuff like this, he regulary serves footballers, pop stars and rich arabs who like to buy toys like this for each room in the house

He told me about a new bike they got in the leans and stuff like a real bike and had a big screen for doing some downhill and stuff lol, bit pricey at 7.5k!

SA, if you are as rich as you say, with yous mansion and triple garage blocks like, how about getting an indoor or outdoor covered and heated swimming pool put in. Great investment, brilliant for exercise, fun and to have parties around the pool.

And a contractor friendly price of about £50K installed, or a couple of weeks pay.

Another vote for the C2 rower. I've had one before to rehabilitate from knee surgery. Am planning to get one again presently to get a little fitter.

I'm sure there used to be some software that would allow you to race people over the internet. Wonder who would win the inaugural CUK rowing competition?!

Why do you have to say it like that?
How rich do I say I am like?
I'm certainly not loaded probably by your standards, but I am by mine. I have a fair bit of spare cash cause I dont have a car or any kids.
And you dont have to be that rich to have a 3 storey house with a triple garage in Sunderland!

Funnily enough though, I've looked into those treadmil style pools (only very briefly like). We couldn't get an indoor pool in our cellar unfortunately - our house is old and listed. We could get an outdoor one, but the North East weather would make that unthinkable for most of the year.

So have an enclosed out door one, like a giant conservatory with a puddle in it

I'd love a C2 too - I'm not fit but I really feel the benefit when I've been on one. Nowhere in the house to put one though but they are fabulous. I do go on one when I go to the gym - but I hardly ever go as I don't have time so would love one at home!!
