no she didn't - it doesn't make sense. If she had gone directly there the journey would of took her 30 minutes, onto the M53 and then the M56 and then off into Warrington - be there for 7.30 at the very latest. Instead she travels to Chester Station to be there for 7.05am, pays £4.20 for the carpark, for a train at 7.27am that takes 27 minutes to get to Warrington, and then she would still have to get to her destination - some poor company she was auditing apparently - so this would of been by Taxi more than likely.

So she would have to fill in all the expense forms, pay out of own pocket until expenses received etc.....

Just does not add up at all

Except she did say that due to the amalgimation of Tax Offices (apparently they are having a super tax office in Manchester she was more than likely going to be made redundant....

        And you didn't tape her?!

Next time tape her and write out a transcript of the telephone call. Sent the transcript to the lawyers but keep the tape safely.

The transcript can be used in court but the judge can't listen to the tape as it's illegal to tape someone without their knowledge. However the judge can listen to the tape to get the tone of voice used.

That was within 5 minutes of the occurence of the accident. There will be no more conversations between her and me now so that is out of the question.

Looks like I will be at Chester Station next week between 7 and 7.30 to try and find a witness! or ask the station if I can put a sign up looking for one - set up a temporary email address on the companies mail server for it..

            WTF?

It's not your problem. Let the insurance company sort it!

Btw, try learning the correct usage of "would've". It's the short form of "would have". There's a good boy.

Fair enough. Anything said immediately after the accident by either party can't be used in court anyway due to the effects shock has on people.

I would be tempted to get someone else to spy on her if she lived nearby as Bagpuss said to see how injuried she is. Other then that I would leave it to the insurance company lawyers who will be doing their best to settle out of court.

I agree with the private eye option.

A good friend of mine used to be a private eye and frequently filmed whiplash "victims" doing heavy lifting, playing squash and even an amateur boxer who carried on sparring.

You could even sue her for a false claim.

Its my name and record though if it gets blackend by the insurance company just settling as quick as possible

I also prefer to use would have instead of would've, easier to type for me being trained in the military where things like that were not allowed - oops - sorry - done it again
