It's about time you people started eating some reality sandwiches and get your ducks in a row. Perhaps we can then think about parking our cars in the same garage.
And remember, we don't want to wind ourselves round the axle on this.Comment

I know which I'd rather be, and so does my bank manager

What an up his own arse, hateful <removed : Oh Dear>!
I can see an image of this dick-wipe building up in my mind as a meld of all the arsehole consultants I've ever had to work with.

It's clear that most of you are just techies and don't run real businesses. What a shame.
Things are going to be tough next year for those of you who don't take his advice.

Just looked at the criteria on which the prize was awarded:
So the winner was the one who produced the best glossy CV and most convincing 900 words of buzzword-filled management bull. It doesn't even sound like the judging panel felt the need to actually put each entrants' knowledge and skills to the test. The criteria include; client focus, leadership, communication, teamwork, project management, critical thinking and specialist knowledge.
Each entrant must submit their application with a client testimonial, a thumbnail CV and 900 words on why they deserve their category’s accolade.
I should've entered my (dead) cat. I'm sure I could've provided an equally convincing CV and testimonial.Comment
