We should encourage this trend as it can only improve the gene pool.
It's Deja-vu all over again!

Why? Surely it's better for all if they just continue.Youngsters on Teesside who set fire to wheelie bins and inhale the fumes in an attempt to get "high" have been warned they are putting their lives in danger.Comment

Agreed, but if the authorities can say that the little darlings were warned not to do it, then future compensation claims (and you just know they'll comeOriginally posted by Pondlife View PostWhy? Surely it's better for all if they just continue.

Do they recover peoples chips from the burnt out bins to fit to the new bins, or do the new bins come ready chipped and some flunky at council house has to alter the records to show Mrs. Farnsworth had her binned burned and this is her new chip number, in triplicate of course, and it wasn't Mrs Farnsworth but Johns chip shop next door, so the chip renumbering people require a supervisor to double check their chip id changes to ensure they chipped the right chip shop?Insanity: repeating the same actions, but expecting different results.

Don't they have to put warning stickers on the actual bins?
It's a bit like buses when they were sued for a kid standing up and falling so they had to put warnings on the top deck even though there were already warnings downstairs saying no standing upstairs."You’re just a bad memory who doesn’t know when to go away" JRComment

Probably so, still, if stickers are "too expensive" or too easily removed "in the rain", then half a dozen council numptys armed with a stencil and a can of spray paint each, would be considerably cheaper than a compensation pay-out.Originally posted by SueEllen View PostDon't they have to put warning stickers on the actual bins?
