    The crash nobody heard about?

Is it only me or anybody else noticing quite a lot of available decent sized properties in London prime locations (ok, excluding Chelsea and Kensington and Belgravia and similar) for less than 500k??? In many areas you can even get away with 300-400k.

You couldn't get a studio/1-bed flat for that only a few months ago.
I've seen much of the rest of the world. It is brutal and cruel and dark, Rome is the light.

some of them look like 'cancel arz es'
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

That's a good one. Look where the bog is. It has a tiny bathroom with a bath and a sink in it. The bog is in bedroom 3. So after a Friday night curry you drop your guts in Bedroom 3 and then head off back to bedroom 1 or 2 and leave the stench behind for the occupant of bedroom 3 to savour! Nice!

I had a look at this over the weekend

          but I'd like this but I haven't got £675,000

Pah! Mostly council houses, including one in Hackney selling for > 300K.
                Hardly a bust is it?

You are right. Lots of council houses. And few houses on the top market. Well, that's still an indication. However, 600k didn't let you go that far last year in Putney while now there seems to be quite a lot of them available at 500k circa. And yes, plenty of latecomers council houses trying to squeeze the last drops........ we are doomed, doomed...

Wow, that's a great house..... if only there were jobs paying more than 20k a year in Edinburgh I would give it a thought.
