I think you are confusing a territory game with a power game. England have a good scrum, but their mauling and pick and go's and have been average. Englands tactics have been straightforward and involves having a 10 and 12 kicking accurately with the outsides chasing well. England does not have much of a power game (as compared to other top teams), but luckily neither do many other sides.Comment
