    I think it's very hard to draw a line in the nature nurture debate.

    In my opinion, genes give you a framework with various preferences and .. (insert the opposite of preference here). There for if you have certain genes and the environmental conditions are correct then you will become Gay.

    And anyway is being gay a simple switch or more of a sliding scale. For example you may like tomboys or more butch girls, surely that is a small step towards gay, what about bisexuals.

          Did you mean homosexual there?

          Anyway, as long as each person keeps their sexual prefernces to themselves and harm no-one else I couldn't care less whether a person's sexuality is governed by their innate nature or their upbringing.
