I had an interview with the other color. The poor guy looked very uncomfortable with the fact. Looking strangely around , making unconnected body moves ... I played "I don't notice" since I don't have problems with the other color but at times the problem is with them.
Anyway , another lost interview
The fact that you even identify someone according to their colour makes you a racistLet us not forget EU open doors immigration benefits IT contractors more than anyoneComment

I'm really confused about all of this - how do you know he wasn't just nervous because it was the first interview he's ever done or maybe he was intimidated by your CV (unlikely
) or your manner in the interview (more likely)?
Did you apply for a job with a company that does not have any contact with white people?
This all sounds a bit weird to me... then again I shook a grown man's finger so what do I know

You are a recent immigrant from Eastern Europe and I claim my 5 zlotys.Originally posted by 2uk View Post1. I am white
2. The term “other color” was used so that we can discuss irrespective of our colors. ( which obviously didn’t happen)
3. I don’t have problem with black/yellow/brown people because what matter is the character not the color. ( Are you getting annoyed already by the word color ? ). There is too much white tulip on this earth.
4. I refuse to grow up.
5. I didn’t lose the interview solely because of the black/white situation. It is just the first time I’ve encountered one.
6. Why the feck someone has to get banned ? Is this thread worse than the ATM thread ?
7. DS23, Unconnected body movement is an advanced technique studied at high school. Be patient.
8. Thanks SA for the support.
9. Now complete the “My color is” poll. > http://forums.contractoruk.com/light...my-colour.html
Hard Brexit now!

Yes, because the correct English spelling is "colour". Your defence that that's how Word spells it, shows that you are so dense who cannot work out how to change the default Word language setting from "US English" to "British English". If you'd installed the French Word version, would you now be insisting that it should be spelt "coleur"?Originally posted by 2uk View Post( Are you getting annoyed already by the word color ? ).
Frankly it's embarrassing to be a member of the same species as you.Down with racism. Long live miscegenation!Comment

2uk - with all due respect - where have you been living? Where are you from? It seems odd that you've never encountered a black person before, and that you're so hung up on colour. I think we'd understand a bit more, and you'd come across better if you shed some light on this.Originally posted by 2uk View PostI didn’t lose the interview solely because of the black/white situation. Not sure I agree with that Dodgy; simply using a physical attribute as a point of reference when describing someone isn't racist (of course, it does depend how that attribute is referred to).Originally posted by DodgyAgent View PostThe fact that you even identify someone according to their colour makes you a racistComment
