Do a user search, and you'll find her. For some reason, I'd always assumed she was a he, but there you go.

She has a number of unique opinions - you only need to read one or two posts to get the gist. Sometimes she was right, and other times she was not. She's not here any more, but I'd put money on you finding her over on the PCG forums - I only had to read three posts in the same thread to identify her...
