I don't think that there is difficulty with the T&C per se - it's just the inconsistency of banning people that is the issue.



There's plenty of all of those threads that are still here. I dread to think what must have been in the posts that have been deleted, reading some of the comments that fly around.

Back to my point earlier but they shouldn't have to. I doubt very much there are many posts posted which would be deemed innapropriate without the poster realising it was so.
