I don't think that there is difficulty with the T&C per se - it's just the inconsistency of banning people that is the issue.

1. No profanity or obscenities of any kind, even written back to front or disguised with asterisks etc.

2. Be nice to each other - no personal attacks on other users.

3. Defamatory, obscene, indecent, lewd, pornographic, violent, abusive, insulting, threatening and harassing comments are not tolerated.

4. Do not stray from the discussion topic.

There's plenty of all of those threads that are still here. I dread to think what must have been in the posts that have been deleted, reading some of the comments that fly around.
