And who do you think would subsidise the employer if not the taxpayer? Are you completely stupid? Even if employesr are subsidised, they are not going to take people on who they see as essentially unemployable.
We subsidise the employer but not the whole lot. We subsidise the immigrant who does the basic job anyway so we subsidise the one on his arse and the other who does his job. Why not get our own to do it and then we'll be subsidising less than 1. Got it 1 + a bit greater than 1 - a bit. And we don't have two people crowding our streets instead of 1.

I shall bear that in mind in future correspondence.

For pity's sake - employers will not employ people who they see as unemployable.

And on the subsidy - how much will you see the employer paid per week?

I am not arguing about Christians (at this time). You are right.
One wonders why they have gone into politics? I mean they can do nothing. Can't get boys out of iraq, can remove the terrorism laws, can't make any influence at all. In a sense they have joined the "enemy". Surely these are the people which the radicals should be going after and forcing resignations - or beheadings.

It could take many many generation before muslims take over. I'll be long gone and won't care. Maybe by then the world will be a much different place, and who knows, it may be the way to go. Just as the Romans and Mongols changed their relegions.

Does it take an educated man to make sandwiches, clean the streets, offer basic services? They will never get any skills if you simply replace them with a similarly educated person from abroad who is perhaps happy to work for a pittance because he basically has to. There is no need to import this type of people.
Employers tend not to want people who can't read or write or solve basic problems. They will never get skills unless we give them skills and that will cost money and take politcal will.

Nobody is worthless. Even if the subsidy is complete, to say make sandwiches then the employer gets his worker free, the cost to the country is the same. Employ an immigrant this person costs, he does not pay his way in the country after handouts etc, cost to the country 1.someink and two people needing transport, housing etc etc.

There is a difference between unemployable and worthless. I want them given a chance to get skills and stsrt to fulfill their intention.

Employing an immigrant does not cost any more than employing a non-immigrant.
