As you may or may not be aware, this country did not partake in the holocaust. As I see it smokers have always had choices. They used to have the choice of giving up and continuing to smoke in the pub with the rest of us, or not as they see fit. They still have the choice of whereabouts they now stand out of doors obviously if they decide they are not up to the challenge of giving up. A host of options.
