How well they integrate with mainstream British society and is another (real) issue.

What have we got here?

For starters this guy is clearly old. Secondly he is a very poor communicator, who's views are not that much out of touch with many of the members of this board. But there is just something about him that gets right up your hooter to the point where all of us are becoming leftie tree huggers (even the trolling Omega man is stunned into silence).

His prose and rhetoric is composed in such a way as to put him on a higher level of intellect than the rest of us. Anyone therefore who proffers a challenge to his views that he cannot deal with through straightforward debate is immediately tramped upon and "dimwitised".

It is the pomposity of this person that irritates, the lack of humour and the seriousness with which he takes himself. It is people like him that gives the lefties oxygen (we are all lefties now). He wont last long on this site because no matter what he says he is going to be disagreed with just for the hell of it.

Nice speech, I really don't deserve it. I see young people on here with basically no clue about life, sheltered in their little contractor world spouting out things they have been head pecked to say. When you get children and grow up you will know I am right. To argue based upon someones perceived personality is the ultimate in childishness and just perhaps the pomposity is there to get you foaming, and boy do we need to hide the water.
